Interesting cast of characters there. I was not aware that Martin’s parents or his brother were witnesses to this event or do they possess ESP. There is this nagging thing called relevance about a witness. The scientific people, well, they have a legitimate role to play. I guess the 7/11 video is to begin a time line perhaps bolstered by the video from the club house. Still the facts remain, there are few if any eye ball witnesses and I don’t see any listed in the prosecution’s listing.

I suppose you could try to finesse the relevance issue by asking the parents to identify the photos of their kid, but you'd have a probative versus prejudicial issue there...

Then again, it might be interesting to get them on the stand and ask them about their son's jewelry collection and the specifics of their involvement with Mr. Crump. Then there's dad's "It's not my kid's voice" pre-Crump statement .
