I cannot name one but actually FBI crime statistics reports reflect that blacks have the highest incidents per capita of hate crimes charged under hate crime laws. I believe the number was approximately 20-22% of all hate crimes are committed by blacks altho they are only 12$ of the population. Keep in mind that most states have hate crime laws on their books as well as the Fed.And it is the states that charge most of the hate crimes. But I do think you are correct that Obama’s Justice department has charged very few instances of black on white hate crimes as their philosophy is that the law is intended to protect the very minorities who ironically commit most of the hate crimes on a per capita basis.
Yes; because "Whitey" has money (works for a living), and Blacks are indoctrinated to believe they have a "Right" to be equally compensated, even if it's out of someone else's pocket.
