If there are no consequences to one’s actions, why would anyone expect it to stop? Until the media, police, and black parents start taking on their attendant responsibilities, there is no reason to expect this to stop.

Remember their storyline? You can’t have consequences, that’s racist! It’s lead to disproportional representation of blacks in the prison population.
