He's an anti-semitic, dictator-loving, America-hating liar, but on the positive side, he did convince me to vote for Ronald Regan.

He lived long enough to see Obama destroy his legacy (Egypt-Israel Peace Agreement)

If the old saying, the good die young, then Jimmuh Carter, the worst president ever, excluding Obama, will live forever.

And his other legacy of being the worst President ever.

“Carter was a DISASTER as POTUS.”
He’s been a real treat since then too.

Thank you!
Obama, the man who lost Egypt, and Iraq, and probably Afghanistan, and who knows how much else.
But, Carter is probably relieved to lose the “worst president in history” title to Hussein.

My mistake. Ford was the president who lived the longest, but not for the most time after his term ended. Still, he does get forgotten a lot.

Perhaps God is keeping him around as a reminder...

from wiki:
“The president with the longest retirement was Herbert Hoover, who died 11,553 days after leaving the presidency. Jimmy Carter currently has the second-longest retirement, and he will tie Hoover if he lives to September 7, 2012. The president with the shortest retirement was James K. Polk, who died 103 days after leaving the presidency.”
Interesting that they are both some of the worst presidents ever. Add johnson to the list and you have the 3 worst presidents in the last 150 years, imo. If obama loses this november, he will have a good shot at beating both hoover and carter for longest retirement.

Ford was a far better man than people give him credit for. He did things I didn’t like as well, but he at least had the guts to pardon Richard Nixon and put it in the rear-view mirror.
Besides, he DID love his country and served with honor, distinction and bravery in WWII.
He didn’t deserve what the moonbat a-hole Chevy Chase did to him. Ford was a good man, a classy guy.

In the same spirit of positivity: If not for Carter, it probably would’ve taken me longer to realize that naivete and cynicism aren’t opposites, but instead are two different stages of the same disease.

Is that a picture that had a list of the names of the Iranian people that were going to assist in the evacuation and the payout money?
