If you have to use water discipline, you are on bad ground. That's way past the crap hits the fan, that's WWII drinking urine and lost at sea for 2 months kind of stuff.

If you don't live somewhere where you can get copious amounts of water (you can clean it), you are on bad ground and need to move.
