If I am going out and likely to get MSG in my food I take several L taurine capsules. It seems that the body puts out the opposite of an amino acid, which counters it, if it detects it is getting too much of it. The opposite of glutamine for the body seems to be L taurine. I can get so sick that I feel like I could be dying for days if I get too much MSG. Taking L taurine can go pretty far neutralizing the effects of it, as long as I am not getting loads and loads of MSG, and then I will get sick, but not as sick as if I didn't take the L taurine at all. I try to always have some L taurine along with me in my purse. A fellow might want to keep a few in a plastic bag in his pocket. It is pretty inexpensive, but it must be L taurine and not just taurine. For those of us who are aware of how bad MSG is for us, and/or suffer when consuming it, L taurine can be tremendous blessing. Hope it helps you, too.
Also, a friendly reminder. Be careful little hand what you write. It is so popular to use "God" as an expression these days, that we can easily forget the commandment to not take the LORD's name in vain and use the name we recognize as His, God, without giving it the respect and reverence it deserves.
Thank you, I will try that. I think I have a bad problem with it, and it only started about 20 years ago - suddenly I realized that my lethargy after the chinese buffet at noontime was far more than just being overly full.
