Try eliminating the rice, tortillas, and processed corn products from your regular diet and see what happens. You also need to carefully check canned soups and other foods to make sure they don’t have wheat flour or wheat gluten in them. They put that sh*t into a lot of things.
Thanks - but it’s getting so hard to find things that are healthy to eat - I don’t know what to switch to. I’ll try though. I’ve sensed for some time that grains and starch are making me sick.
