We have to pass legislation declaring homosexual sodomy to once again be treated as a crime. If it requires an amendment to the constitution, so be it. This time we can add the death penalty to any homosexual over 21 convicted of committing sodomy on a member of the same sex who is under the age of 21.
As someone who lives close to Charlotte, I can only hope they get their way.
