We have invited them into Texas to invest billions in Texas oil and gas resources (something Obama can't take credit for) and the person responsible was quite happy and quite comfortable with it. This is the way things are going.

On the plus side, the more they buy into our financial system, the less chances are that we'll go to war with them. On the down side, they can destroy our economy without firing a single shot.
