An interesting thing about this is that you can't scream "HIV Justice--equality of results." Infection is the result of behavior, not government regulated opportunity.
Prison homo behavior! We need to stop bowing down to homo activity in prisons! Man on man rape is used as a form of torture on other men. Homos need to be identified and removed from the general prison population.
Seriously, we are harming a lot of innocent women and children who are the receivers of the disease brewing in homo prisons.
