Note my comment above. It’s mere legalistic crap. So now perverts can make sure they don’t download or whatever. Funny thing is I’ve never accidentally run into child pornography and I doubt very many people have.
The court never said the law can’t be fixed.

Neither have I. Back in the days when I was getting "pop ups", I'd occasionally get an adult porn pop up but never kiddie porn.I've yet to hear of anyone "accidentally" viewing child porn.
