Lugar is Republican dead wood. Period. He’s been clogging up that chair since 1977. It’s time for a new body in that seat. Especially when the person is so desperate to hold onto personal power they beg democrats to save them.
I have a feeling we’d all throw up if we knew what perks they REALLY get. It seems they’ll do anything to stay in office. Even when they’re damned close to the grave.
