Pipelines are being built to bring more oil to the Texas coast from the eastern U.S. and the midwest. Can you name or link one crude oil pipeline being built to oil from the eastern US to Texas? I cannot.

Had a brain fart. There are pipelines being built to move gasoline and diesel to the east coast.
