You can get five rounds into a pump. A shotgun lets you bleed to death slow. Sweet.,p>In my youth - before I finally put NY in my rearview mirror - hunters had to put plugs in the shotguns so they could only hold 3 rounds. I hpe they don't screw the guy on a "technicality".

Yup, you have to plug em here, too. But if I had one under the counter for a theft reduction device I prolly wouldn’t care.

Five (or more?) round magazines were fine for pheasants, rabbits...and feral humans.

I'm not a lawyer and I don't play one on TV, but my understanding is that
IF you are hunting, you have to plug it to only three rounds. If the gun is at your house or you are not hunting, you can remove the plug.
This law most likely varies by state, so check your local ordinances.
I say: I'd rather be tried by twelve than carried by six.
