Well, the article says it has grown 45% since the year 2000. That seems like quite a lot to me. Looks like there are approximately 1.9 million more Mormons now then there were 10 years ago, and Mormons are the only ones even remotely keeping pace with the growth of Islam. Seems like the Catholic, Evangelical Lutheran, Presbyterian, Episcopal and Baptist flocks are shrinking pretty noticeably.
You can't have a religion that is too afraid to set standards and expect its members to live up to those standards. And you can't just ignore all the parts of the bible that are controversial, just to not ruffle any feathers and pull in ever larger numbers of peeps.
