There are thousands of lone kooks like this out there who represent no opinion but their own. The only reason this is being covered is to equivocate with the crazy leftists we’ve seen lately marching with pro communism banners, and advocating all kinds of twisted policies. By highlighting a kook who appears to hate Obama it makes it easy to say, “Well there are plenty of kooks on both sides,” and marginalize the extremists on the left. However the difference is that the left-wing kooks are part of a large segment on the Left that the Democrat party can never bring itself to publicly renounce.

This man is not necessarily a kook. His brother was killed and an attempt was made to assassinate his father in the mid 1990s by shooting him in the head — but the father lived. The man is fighting local corruption and is trying to draw attention to his case. Sounds like the judge is in cahoots with drug dealers. Apparently the dispute started over a piece of property. I wish Mr. Phipps could explain the injustice his family has suffered a little bit better.
