I have bought some Orvis spreader load shells for my wife's 20 gauge though. Just point the thing north, south, east, or west, and the pattern at ten yards hits everything within a 60 degree swath. At 50 feet the load is pretty harmless due to the loss of energy from a tumbling chaotic dispersal at the end of the barrel. It's like shooting 300 little steel hockey pucks out of a shotgun. Perfect weapon of choice for close quarter urban defense. You don't need to concern yourself so much with what's behind what you may need to shoot at.
