We focused too much on the presidential election over the last 16 months.

Our focus should be on the house and senate when it comes to the federal government.

The January after every election cycle we need to:

• Make a working list of RINOs to primary out of office in the next election.
• Start finding conservative candidates to challenge the RINOs, and coalesce our support behind a single conservative.
• Identify conservative candidates to run for open seats and seats currently held by Democrats; again, we need to coalesce our support behind a single conservative candidate in each race.

These should be coordinated projects, not just wish lists.

While the presidency is the golden ring of American politics, we need to remember the power of the presidency can be greatly limited IF the congress is willing to fight like hell and do so.

My focus is on getting my small farm productive. The political stuff is but a side show for me. The parties are too similar no for me to care much who controls what.

The analogy I use over and over: It is like holding an election for the crew of the titanic after the water has consumed the C deck. I’m focused on finding nails to use to help me turn a few deck chairs into a life boat for me and my family. That’s what matters at this point.

A agree. NOT voting FOR Romney will cause Obama to get back in office. That is totally UNacceptable for this country and I will not have it.

Romney will get my vote only to vote AGAINST Obama.

We are in the fight of our lives here in Wisconsin with the vicious and nasty Recall of our terrific Gov. Scott Walker. THIS is ground zero, have said it 100 times here on FR. Please folks - we ARE winning, inch by inch - in our fight. The battle of Romney was lost but NOT the war.
