Well the 'only way' that can be done is as determined already, by Constitutional amendment. Congress or the states can initiate that.... then the amendment has to be ratified by a fixed number of states before it takes effect... it can also be changed at a "Constitutional Convention,"... but none have been done that way since the 1700s.
I’m not talking about changing the Constitution. I am talking about the nation changing...congress, the executive, the SCOTUS so that they actually follow the Constitution
To do that involves we the people electing the right people to office who will do so and keep their oath to do so.
We took a good step in that direction in 2010 during the mid terms with the Tea Party.
We just have to get people who will pass laws, sign laws, and interpret lawas according to the Constitution as it exists.
That is my meaning.
