After the boys dad died, you ahve NO idea how many “family” members went full tilt when I allowed the eldest son to pick out the truck he wanted for Graduation, and bought the young one the Camero he wanted. Hell, what parent alive does not DREAM that they have the wherewithall to provide more for their kids than they got? (I say that as someone whos first car was a 64 Rambler hand me down from my older brother LMAO! ;-)

I was outside earlier today—trying to slay a few of the bumper crop of Dandylions I have...NOTE: My neighbors for and aft have NONE! They are out there with spray and dandylion puller-outter thingies all the time.I did that pull em out gig last summer...and now I have three times as many! ANYWAY........the temp got up to 79 degrees today...and after about 15 minutes...I literally said “Screw this, Rabbits need food!” and went inside and had a tall cool drink! I do not thrive well in the heat...unless there is abundant water (read that to mean LAKE or OCEAN) within walking distance.The sprinkler on the hose just doesnt cut it any more LOL

funny story......one summer after a sand storm came thru the next day it rained all day...about 5 days later every piece of grass whereever....near a curb,someones yard....wherever weeds grew everywhere
so my neighbor who has not a blade on his front yard cause he has a too damn big mullberry
got the weeds too....
He actually let the weeds grow and hired a kid to mow his yard....
for 3 days it looked like he actually had grass
I hasten to add, I have spent time in AZ...the husbands parents lived in Prescott then in Sun City East? I think...ANYWAY...true story...after our second son was born we went to visit...it was 118 degrees OUTSIDE and the grandparents had their house temp set at a BALMY 88!!!!!
Long story short...I was drinking the equivilant of a Jacuzzi full of water every day, and the poor baby (whom I was attempting to nurse) was sucking dust by day 3! I “suggested” to my husband that his life would be easier if we moved to the Camelback Inn POST HASTE!
as you well know....forget your water and you will vaper lock and it sucks.......once on the golf course my hand claw’d up....
