Gee wiz. Seems like if we’d had fewer so-called conservative candidates jockeying against each other for so long then we’d have had a chance to consolidate against Willard.
Now we have the chance to bicker some more and let Obama accrue what will be seen as a 2nd term MANDATE for socialism.
Oh sure. Yeah. we could have had Bachmann carry the Tea Party mantel against him in November, and gotten creamed. Which would’ve been seen as not only a MANDATE for socialism, but also a repudiation of conservatives.
If Mittens wins, it’s not great for conservatism, but it’ll be impossible to claim a Romney win is a win for the Occutards and Black Pantherism.
