And brainwashing is exactly what it is. I was trained in the same brainwashing techniques as Mitt when I was training to be a Mormon missionary. Perhaps that is why I see it so clearly.

I got upset at some of these folks one night.
Never called them Nazis per sey, but when they equated me and LDS people, many of whom have fought, bled, and died for this Republic, including my own father and my son-in -law...when they equated us to radical Islam and implied that we spported the very enemies we are fighting and their ways, I called them out on it.
I asked them, if they are willing to call me the enemy, and label me as such, with absolutely no proof, and in fact all evidence to the contrary, and lump 14 million people into that melting pot...I asked them what would be next for us in their mind? Would this mindless zealotry and vitriol lead them top round us all up if we were the enemy in their eyes? Would the put us in concetrations camps? Would they fire up the ovens or chambers?
They took great exception at that and immediately called for me to be banned, feeling they had finally baited me I suppose into commiting a bannable offense.
I simply pointed out where their type of zealotry and mindless judgemental and accusative actions lead. (And make no mistake, it is not an accident, a lot of these people are simply bigoted against LDS and will say anything, quote anything, bend anything, slant anything to make their point about the LDS faith and entire group of people and tear it down.)
So, that’s the story, folks can take it as they will...but I will not sit idly by while people like this engage in such accusations against me and mine.
