LOL, I think i didn’t read your question properly.

No I don’t prefer Gingrich to help Obama but I don’t want Romney either. Romney should he win which I don’t believe will happen will set the GOP further back from conservatism so a Romney win will be long term terrible.

Point again by supporting Gingrich who was not a conservative we have ended with two terrible choices.

I think that is a true statement. You agree?

But an Obama win will be long term catastrophic - for the republic.

Did it help the GOP for McCain to lose? Why would you think it would help this time?

I don’t think the problem with our candidates is the fault of ‘the party.’ Conservatives need a strong candidate and unity. Without that we lose; with it we win - in the GOP.
