I hate to fly, but I love being near planes. I remember as a child constantly hearing planes breaking the sound barrier. It was thrilling. We now live in a place in a flight zone, which we love.

I hated sonic booms. LOL
But I loved going to the Toledo airport as you could stand at the edge of the strip and watch airliners come and go.
