Farming? How long did it take man to figure out crop rotation on his own. The Jews had been instructed to leave the land fallow every year. Not the same, but better than nothing.

About Dinner? How about what the Bible said about washing your hands before dinner? How long did it take man to learn that one. That's why the Jews were accused of starting the plagues; they didn't get sick at as high a rate due to their hygiene from the Bible.
