Why is there a white line going around his left arm, left shoulder, up and around his head? Something fishy going on there...
Also, he looks overlayed in front of a photo backdrop--like they used the scene that they photographed with him "saluting" then used that *photoed* same scene to backdrop him at his podium--which was probably in a small media room setup. I noticed that thin dark outline of him against the backrop that usually means the subject being filmed has been put in front of a screen.
