What bothers me is the quality of the video. Why does all that expensive video surveillance equipment yield such crappy quality video? How can one ID anything with that?
Because, to some business owners, spending a dollar means spending a dollar. They do not consider the dollars that could be saved or earned from that willingness to spend a dollar.
