OK, so if these “other people” can guarantee that neither Romney or Obama will be President in January,2013, I am all ears. I will listen to what they say, and support them. But if they fail, and Obama is re-elected, then the Republic is finished, right? And I didn’t say I insisted on voting for Romney, but you tell me how else to get rid of Obama. He is involved in numerous scandals, that would cause impeachment if they were properly investigated, but that doesn’t seem to be happening, either. An ideal situation would be to let Obama get re-elected and then bring indictments and convictions against him and most of his administration, but no one seems to be interested at this point.
These people who maintain that we don’t have to have either Romney or Obama have until election day, 2012 to give me an alternative. I can’t just stay at home and not vote, and the rest of my family feels that way, too

“But if they fail, and Obama is re-elected, then the Republic is finished, right?” No, the Republic is far from being “finished”, but the toll of damage and the future risks are not to be taken lightly either. The only reason the Obama Administration was able to gain power and remain in power this long is because of very serious damage incurred by the Republic and its Constitution before any of us living today were born. The added damage in the last century has added to the earlier fundamental damages.

For example, the direct election of U.S. Senators has denied the ability of Citizens to remove a U.S. Senator from office by way of representatives in the state government. Once elected or falsely elected, a U.S. Senator has become a power nearly unaccountable to the electorate for six or more years.

The denial of the right of the public grand jury in favor of a political Federal or state prosecutor denied the right of Citizens to enforce the laws of the land when the elected and appointed officers of the government refuse to do so. See misprision of a felony and misprision of treason.

The role of the central bank known as the Federal Reserve has drawn considerable attention to its erosion of property rights and Constitutional government.

The Wilson Administration destroyed many important aspects of the Republic, and while Wilson was rendered incompetent as a medical patient his powers were exercised by his wife and cabinet in secret.

The Franklin D. Roosevelt Administration was only equaled or exceeded by the Obama Administration in its damage to the Republic. Harry Hopkins served as Roosevelt's staffer and Communist liaison to the Soviet Union's Stalin. One of his Vice Presidents was a communist devoted to destroying the freedom of citizens in labor, education, agriculture, and so much more.

The Republic has been damaged for all of these years, yet it still survives intrigue, economic blundering, erosion of freedoms, assasinations, corruption of its courts and Supreme Court decisions. The question now is whether or not the Citizens of the United States can educate themselves to understand the differences between the Republic of the Constitution versus the other forms of government which the enemies of the Republic seek to impose on the Citizens of the United States? As it stands now, few people I speak to seem to even realize the Republic is something entirely apart from the Old World totalitarian forms of government, whether they are monarchical, Communist, Socialist, or fascist. More than anything, our Citizens need to learn more about what Republican forms of government they have lost and may still lose in the future.

To address the problem of political indoctrination by the socialist-communist educational establishment and mass media, one thing which can be done is to host conservative political video festivals. There are a wealth of very informative and inspiring videos to be found on YouTube today. I've often wanted to host a series of programs of these YouTube videos to help bring friends understand more of the history and concepts of the problems we must confront today. It would be much better, however, if lists of these videos were prepared and shared in places such as Freerepublic, and these little video festivals were viewed in thousands of homes and public meeting places over broadband Internet connections at the same time. Topics can range from the origins of the American Revolution and its republican principles to the eligibility issues of the Obama Administration, from the threat of foreign subversion of the republican form of government to defining communism, and the differences between Fascism and theocratic totalitarianism.

As for removing the Obama Administration, that is a topic much larger than what can be covered in a single brief or long post. There are many possible approaches, all of them being problematical, of course. My preferred choice is to enforce the law by whatever Constitutional means is possible before or after the 2012 Election, because it would make it possible to rule the acts, appointments, and executive orders of the Obama Administration null and void. Sotomayor, Kagan, and any further appointees to the Supreme Court of the United States could perhaps be removed as ineligible appointees. Obamacare would be null and void. The Presidential executive orders would be null and void. Speaker of the House Boehner would become President Pro-Tem pending the provision of a new President by the U.S. Congress.

Removal of the Obama Administration may be possible by a number of methods. One thing U.S. Citizens have failed to remember is the way in which the Constitution reserved to the States or the Citizens all powers not enumerated for delegation to the Federal Government. This includes the right of petition and the right to convene parliamentary meetings to deliberate the exercise of direct sovereign authority remaining with the people. This is how constitutional conventions and the basis for the American Revolution. The TEA Party is a bare scratch on the surface of what can be done is and when U.S. Citizens learn how to apply the authority that most people don't even realize they still possess.

There are a lot of people who will scoff at such a suggestion. I have no patience whatsoever for such skepticism. At the end of the Second World War there were many people who proclaimed how they could not understand how the German people could possibly have allowed Hitler and the NAZI regime to come to power and perpetrate the Holocaust upon mankind. Yet here we are now with the Obama Administration usurping the Constitutional government of the United States often with eager support. Also forgotten is how many of these same people finally overthrew the totalitarian and brutal Communist dictatorship of East Germany, despite the fact practically every fourth person in East Germany served as a domestic spy and informer for the deadly STASI secret police. Too many Americans of today are critical of others who faced mortal peril for themselves and their loved ones, yet these Americans cannot even be bothered to educate themselves or lift a finger to defend their family, friends, or fellow citizens. If the Germans can overthrow their brital dictatorship, can U.S. Citizens do any less by simply exercising the powers the Founding Fathers secured for their blessing?

Other actions which can be considered are constitutional conventions, tribunals, changing the laws regarding grand juries, write-in votes, notarized voting methods, and other itmes I don't recall at the moment.

There is more, but I have to get back to work for the present.
