The police did nothing wrong. Followed the law to the letter.

Zimmerman killed Martin. No doubt. He is being a man and taking responsibility. For having the weapon, and for it discharging during a struggle. I have little doubt that Martin pulled on the gun or reached for the trigger, and being young and dumb didn’t think about the fact that the gun was pointing at his own chest. It is sad he had to die that way, but he took that path. He could have made a better choice. That still does not take away the feeling that, although not your fault, you killed someone. Zimmerman apologized to the Martins. Called ‘ill-advised’ timing wise, Zimmerman felt it moral and responsible.

The police and prosecutor let Zimmerman go. Everything was fine. Everyone understood pretty much what happened, even Martin’s parents.

THEN, about a month later, suddenly it’s headline news. Someone fed this incident to someone who fed it to someone else until it got to our ruling masters, and they proceeded to start dancing on the coffin of Trayvon.

National politics and the national media got involved, and everything went to hell from there.

How they got involved is not even the issue. That the usual slimebags jumped on it, and that they jumped before looking is. They are pretty desperate.

I would agree....everything the cops did...was legit. Zimmerman might be guilty of something....maybe 2nd degree manslaughter at best.

But here’s another thing I can observe out of this whole mess. There are at least 5k Trayvon-characters in Florida....on the verge of going from punk-teenager to hoodlum. Breaking in and robbing someone isn’t a big deal. Assaulting someone...is a talent they are developing. At seventeen, they are doing some type of drug almost daily. Parents have lost track of their kids and basically given up by the teenage years. Some of kids will end up in jail. Some will make it into their 30’s before going to jail. Some will be laying six feet under. It’s all a process.

Read the entire American Thinker article. They may have done nothing wrong investigating Zimmerman but it would appear that their communication with Tracy Martin left out some important incriminating information regarding Trayvon Martin. Or perhaps Tracy Martin is the one suppressing information now in his version of what Serino told him???

THat’s the most likely scenario.

Too bad one can’t be brought up on perjury for race-baiting lying to the press.

Follow the money. The Martin family could not sue for wrongful death and collect any funds if lying (sic) dogs were not disturbed.
