I just fussed at myself for the same thing. The ironic thing is, I would put my pro-life beliefs, credentials and experiences against anybody's. While not exceeding everyone's, I know I wouldn't be found wanting. While I was anti-abortion before, one does not have a child born 12 weeks early and watch that child fight and struggle while growing slowly stronger just a little bit each day and experience setbacks and complications, and then good days and improvements, and surgeries, and healings, until they finally come home 10 weeks later and today have a wonderfully healthy four-year old, and all of this after losing another child even earlier along a couple of years earlier, without gaining a better understanding of God's miracle of life and just how precious it is.
What a run-on sentence. It simply comes down to the fact that our country needs Obama to lose. And there is only one path that leads there.
Amen ... and blessings to your little one.
Who's talking about anybody's credentials or experiences?
(I'm not)
I don't know you. You're a stranger -- as is your past.
But I can distinguish between past performance and current advocacy.
When you support somebody, who post his so-called "pro-life conversion," still advocated -- to Katie Couric the first week of December, 2007...a full year into his so-called "pro-life" campaign mode...that it's "OK" for "parents" to give their offspring to "research," then let's not do what the liberals do and start playing euphemistic word-games.
Let's call our offspring who they are...and no, that doesn't mean becoming advocates for how "researchable" they might be...and embrace such candidates that do that...
If 90-99% of pro-life voters vote for a "pro-abort," why bother even trying to set ourselves apart from other pro-abort voters?
If 90-99% of conservative voters vote for a liberal, why bother even trying to set ourselves apart from other liberal voters?
Just run down the Romney list and ask yourself the same Q re: big govt, socialistic healthcare, appointing liberal judges, global warming, etc...
