Excuse me? This is NOT a "worthwhile" project because it is pro homosexual and being funded by tax dollars taken from individuals whose religious beliefs find that behavior to be abhorrent. In fact, if we were to extend the liberal practice of taking the bill of rights and expending the meaning to suit the cause, a case could be made that using government dollars to fund the proactive sodomy campaign is in violation of the first amendment rights of religious Americans.
This would have been a worthwhile project had they not put the focus to tiny population of the lesbian, gay, bi and trans.
Yes they added the words and other bullied teens. But the lesbian, gay, bi and trans populations is a small minority of the bullied teens in the schools.
In one the local schools here a girl was bullied to the point that she committed sucide. Apparently from the news articles covering the event what set her up to be bullied is that she was an immigrant with a pronounce accent. From the pictures in the paper she was quite attractive. Perhaps that had something to do with it as well. I can see some leader of a clique being jealous and attacking her.

Dan Savage writes the internationally syndicated relationship and sex advice column “Savage Love.” Savage, who is gay, has been outspoken in his support for gay rights and his hostility for social conservatives
In May 2003, sex columnist and gay rights activist Dan Savage held a contest among his readers to create a definition for the word “santorum”, as a response to comments by then-U.S. Senator Rick Santorum during an interview with the Associated Press that had been criticized as anti-gay. Savage announced the winning entry, which defined “santorum” as “the frothy mixture of lube and fecal matter that is sometimes the byproduct of anal sex.” He created a web site, spreadingsantorum.com (and santorum.com), to promote the definition, which became a prominent search result for Santorum’s name on several web search engines.
In 2010 Savage offered to take the site down if Santorum donated US$5 million to Freedom to Marry, a group advocating legal recognition of same-sex marriages. In September 2011 Santorum asked Google to remove the definition from its search engine index. Google refused, responding that the company does not remove content from search results except in very limited circumstances
In a July 2011 video on Funny or Die, Savage proposed to redefine Santorum’s first name if Santorum did not stop criticizing homosexuality. In his August 17, 2011 column, Savage observed that “Santorum hasn’t laid off the gay bashing, as it’s all he’s got,” and endorsed a reader suggestion to re-define “rick” as a verb.

The kids who are being bullied in liberal schools, schools run by the group-think of liberal teachers - ARE the children of conservatives... Christian bashing and conservative bashing are acceptable to elite liberals and their thuggish enforcers: the liberal MSM....
