To paraphrase President Obama, if I had a son who had been flat on the ground in a vicious fight, the back of his head would look like that of accused murderer George Zimmerman.
Thanks to a photograph broadcast by ABC News showing Zimmermans bloody head wounds, those trying to use Trayvon Martins death to challenge stand your ground self-defense laws had better start exploiting some other tragedy. For the picture demonstrates that Zimmerman was unable to retreat, since he was pinned to the ground taking a beating when he shot Martin. And note that one of the depicted wounds is long and straight, consistent with Zimmermans claim that Martin was pounding his head against an edged curbstone at the time of the fatal shot.
We dont have all the facts, but there are things we do know.
For instance, the police radio tape proves that Zimmerman was describing his actions to the police as he allegedly stalked his victim. Doesnt that undercut the murder charges? What kind of criminal calls 911 to tell the police he is hunting down his intended prey?
On the tape, Zimmerman not only advises he is following Martin, but he also asks for confirmation that a police officer is being dispatched to investigate. The dispatcher replies that Zimmerman doesnt need to follow Martin, to which Zimmerman promptly responds OK and agrees, instead, to rendezvous with the en-route police officer.
Again, what kind of murderer, preparing for the kill, invites the police to interrupt his scheme? Moreover, doesnt this conversation support Zimmermans claim that he had ceased his pursuit prior to the confrontation with Martin?
We also know that, after shooting Martin, Zimmerman waited for the police to arrive and cooperated fully with their investigation, even as emergency medical personnel treated his head wounds. Wouldnt someone who had just committed a heinous hate crime potentially punishable by death or life imprisonment have fled the scene or, at least, requested legal counsel and refused to answer questions?
Zimmerman and Martin fought on the ground, and the fight ended when Zimmerman pulled the trigger. But at Zimmermans bail hearing, a prosecution detective, who had sworn out the arrest warrant, testified that he couldnt say who had started the fight.
If this case goes to trial, the prosecution will need a better answer than that if it hopes to prove Zimmerman was the aggressor. And shouldnt that key issue have been resolved before bringing murder charges against an obviously injured person claiming that he acted in self-defense?
While much evidence remains to be disclosed, what we have learned so far raises serious questions about the strength, rationale, and integrity of the prosecutions case. These questions are all the more troubling given the tsunami of manufactured racist hysteria that clearly influenced the decision to arrest white Hispanic George Zimmerman.
Stay tuned.

George Parry is a former state and federal prosecutor practicing law in Philadelphia.
“On the tape, Zimmerman not only advises he is following Martin, but he also asks for confirmation that a police officer is being dispatched to investigate. The dispatcher replies that Zimmerman doesnt need to follow Martin, to which Zimmerman promptly responds OK and agrees, instead, to rendezvous with the en-route police officer.”
wow- you never heard Zimmerman’s response to the dispatcher ANYWHERE....
where’s the pic?
Yup. But what else would explain why no charges were pressed until it became a national issue?
He’s talking about the pic with Zimmerman’s head all bloody taken at the scene of the shooting. Surely you have seen it. If not, google it.
It was a skunk at the race baiting party when it was released after the media distorted the situation using a video of Zimmerman going into the police station to falsely claim there was no injury to Zimmerman’s head. At that point, the blood had been cleaned up.
Yep, it was in the released 911 tapes. I heard it myself. He says OK.
You can listen to the 911 call but won’t find out what was said from newspapers and tee vee. They reported Zimmerman disobeyed the “order” to not follow Martin. It was actually a suggestion from the 911 operator and Zimmerman did take the advice because Martin shook him anyway and he did not know where he went.
Sounds like not guilty to me! Wot? NBC-style cherry-bomb journalism manufactured the racist hysteria tsunami and in today's world that's all it takes to refute facts? You're right! White Hispanic George Zimmerman is guilty!
Oh Mr. Parry, you’re just trying to stoke the fire. The real facts will get in the way of an excuse for race baiters to call “their people” to action and claim something that ain’t so. Shame on you.....(sarc).
The race baiters would have you believe that it was because everyone is out to get the innocent black man, and that whites hate African Americans. So they had to manufacture a racist white man that was out to get young unarmed black men. It doesn't matter to them that they got most of the info wrong. It is time for reparations and vengeance.
These are Kangaroo court tactics practiced by the local Prosecuter in this Case. The only person that should end up in Jail is the Prosecutor..
There’s going to be a new word in the lexicon when this all through:
Zimmered: To make a crime victim a criminal so racists can make money. “That mugging victim got Zimmered when he fought back”
I wish someone would ask this question:
“Why didn’t Travon call the police”? He could have dialed 911 quite simply using his cell phone.
He forgot the number.

I’m guessing that individuals who case houses for later break-ins don’t normally have law enforcement on speed dial.
"OK," says Zimmerman at 7:12:02 p.m...
Does Zimmerman break off the chase?
By 7:12:15 p.m., the wind noises have stopped and his breathing has returned to normal as he discusses with the police dispatcher where responding officers should meet him. At 7:13:12 p.m. he interjects, "I don't know where this kid is."
Where is Martin? At just a normal walking pace of three miles per hour, he would be home by the time Zimmerman hangs up with police at 7:13:41 p.m.
He isn't. In fact, the fatal altercation between Zimmerman and Martin takes place only about 80 yards from Zimmerman's vehicle 100 yards from the home where Martin was staying. And the first 911 emergency calls from neighbors reporting their fight don't come in until 7:16:11 p.m., 2-1/2 minutes after Zimmerman hung up...
:-)
How many of us really believe what these presstitutes of America report?
