I did not say that a sheriff can indict.
Instead, I said that “Sheriff Arpaio has not taken any action to Indict Obama.”
Arpaio has probable cause and proof that the birth certificate is a forgery and with Probable Cause, the sheriff can go to a judge and seek a warrant for an arrest and can present evidence to the District Attorney.
There needs to be an indictment against Obama and it needs to be soon.
For all we know, he has asked for an indictment and the prosecutors are the ones doing nothing, unless you have other information.
Arpaio can only go after the ‘forgers’ of the documents.
Not the president.
And that’s what the case is based on.
Proving a forgery and finding the forgers.
If he can do that, the rest will take care of itself.
Let's just get him out of the White House. I'm afraid that a public indictment will push him into desperation mode. God only knows what he'd do then.
He's committed Mail Fraud at the very least, but let him think he can walk free of this for the time being.
