That's what I was thinking too ~ why does it always have to be the CIA doing this stuff. Sometimes it's just somebody who's out killing ~ we had a fellow come through town on foot just a couple of years back. He'd been walking from Minnesota I think and all along the way he'd just walk up to people in their yards, or working in a store, and killing them.

An awful lot of murders, even of the upper crust and their cronies, are simply meaningless and totally devoid of any redeeming virtue.
