Me thinks this is more related to DHS's belief that the largest threat is "home grown" terrorism (you know - returning vets and people with Ron Paul bumper stickers). Just like Fast and Furious wasn't about tracking gun running to drug lords, it was about ginning up support for more gun control.
Man, are the Russians going to train our troops about how they put Obama in power and how we should take him down now?
