Russian Airborne Assault Forces will be arriving in Colorado this May for joint terror-war exercises with U.S. soldiers,..... The U.S. military routinely conducts such joint exchanges with foreign forces .... This type of training is routinely conducted by 10th Special Forces Group.Yes we do routinely conduct joint exchanges with foreign forces. And yes it is routinely conducted by the 10th SF Group. And those foreign forces our SF trains with are those like Germany's Special Forces, the SAS, and the French Foreign Legion (one group of tough SOBs). Sometimes it's here in the US, sometimes on the other's territory.
But training with 'Russian Airborne Assault Forces'? Excuse me but that spells 'Spetsnaz' no matter how you coat it (a Rose is a Rose). And those 'soldiers' are are the meanest, coldest, ruthless trained KILLERS in any country's uniform. Anything and everything they can lay their hand on is a lethal weapon. They're also trained to use they're Entrenching Tool like a Tomahawk and they don't miss when throwing it. They're like our SF + SEALS + the FFL on Meth. During Spetsnaz training they are warned that some of them will likely DIE and if you do tough luck -- that's 'life' in the Spetsnaz. Because if in a real engagement they ARE expected to die if that's what's called for as they don't retreat -- ever.
So I hope that they're slipped some VALIUM into their water or food or their Spetsnaz training just may go into auto-pilot at the wrong moment and our guys wind up getting killed in this little 'Training Exercise'.
Not to mention a little thing like Espionage. Oops, I mean 'intelligence gathering'. But hey, that's no biggie under Barry. After all, in his eyes we're the bad guys anyway.
