I played this for the younger members of the family. They were stone faced. They did NOT understand any of the humor, (George Scott: “Well there you have it, now we have mine shaft gap.”) Meanwhile, I was rolling on the floor.
It was really a generational flick.
The last week of every April, for the last 39 years, I fly a bright yellow flag with three prominent red strips on it.

I had a girlfriend over one night (years ago), and I told her I wanted her to go to the video store and pick up a copy of “Dr. Strangelove” so we could watch it on my new VCR machine...
