No one I know gets all excited about heading to the polls to cast a vote in a presidential primary that’s already been decided. We go specifically for down ticket races.

I don’t care if the GOP was running Satan himself in the top spot, I wouldn’t miss this vote for anything! I’m practically giddy at the thought and I can’t say that about any other primary in my lifetime.

Agree completely, NDB. I am also giddy at the thought of voting in the primary this year. Mr. Mourdock is the real deal.

For several election cycles, Lugar has run unopposed in both the primary and the general elections. Just adds to the excitement.
