Yeah, it should be drunk and disorderly, but the "hate-crime element" is unconstitutional. One of these days, someone will challenge thought crimes as a crime on constitutional grounds.

Well at least he tossed the guy to the ground. Based on the headline I thought he HAD been arrested for calling someone a f-ing Jew.

Hmmm - I wonder if the shopping bag I saw some gal carrying the other day could bring charges? One of those “green” canvas jobs. It had printed on it “I need some F-ing Groceries” (But spelled out).

My first thought was “who buys something like that!?” followed shortly thereafter by “who sells something like that!?”
