Mormons are good citizens, raise good families, believe in keeping out of debt, try to give service where needed. They support scouting with the second largest scout organization in the nation. I joined The Church 58 years ago and have never heard The Saviors name used in vain from an active Mormon. Thousands of church buildings world wide are paid for when they are dedicated. Thirty Thousand, (and growing)
missionaries from third world countries have been advanced money for Education, or job training programs to pull them out of generations of grinding poverty, and it is working. Mitt is not perfect but his lifetime has been filled with good conservative ideas. In the Church we are encouraged to vote, but never how to vote.
I heard a Sacramento, California talk show host, who was 31 years in law enforcement say he never, to his knowledge, ever arrested a Mormon, and wondered about all of the negative talk.
I would invite you to attend a Mormon Sunday service and go to lds.org where you can access our teachings, which are from the scriptures not from other books written by Church members.
