Yes, I had support but was also persecuted, harangued, and insulted daily by those with Palin derangement syndrome. Finally zotted a few of them after Palin said she would not run, yet they continued to harass her and her supporters. And yes I am aware that the same thing happened to those who supported Bachmann, Cain, Perry, Santorum and Gingrich. I stated many times that I would be happy with any one of those conservatives and unsuccessfully cautioned people not to drive them all out. Every support group from every candidate viciously attacked the supporters of other groups.

Very few clean hands in this fiasco. I told the complainers that it would have to run its course. Though I feared it’d end up the way it did. Too many wannabe conservatives in the race, only one rich lying GOP officially backed and anointed RINO. He is the one they’ve been waiting for.

There is a level of growing frustration that is going beyond peoples ability to cope. You yourself (has) done and did change your mind. Grant that simple respect to all those who would agree to agree or agree to disagree. They are NOT your enemies.

Unfortunately Jim, its him or Obama. Sitting on the sidelines denigrating Romney will only help Obama, and will ruin FR. 95% of conservatives will actively vote for Romney...because its a vote against Obama.

Beyond that, if Romney wins, you will be irrelevant...it is only the Republican Party that listens to the far right at all, and if he wins despite your opposition, you will have no seat at the table. Its not personal Jim, its politics American style.

If Obama wins, the country may never recover, and all conservatives will be irrelevant. It really is that bad.. I can't stand by and allow that by inaction or help him by tearing down his opponent, regardless of how liberal Mitt is.
