Ask all the people who have been run off over a simple difference of opinion

Bless your heart. It's not a simple difference of opinion.

1. A Conservative bastion cannot support a socialist.

2. Conservatives are fighting Republican liberals for control. Surrendering is just that, surrender. Why would they ever believe conservatives "line in the sand" if we cave to them again?

3. Principles matter.

Principles matter? Are you kidding. They are so fluid here, I’m not even sure they exist. Many of the “Go Newt!” crowd were flaming him as a liberal they couldnt vote for as late as last December.

Trouble is, to you folks, a different opinion automatically makes the perp “socialist.”

Keep telling yourself that principles matter over anything. Principles are important, but if you don’t win elections, your principles and $1 will buy you a burger at McDonald’s.
People who are just as conservative as anyone else are being driven off. Their only offense is that they believe that it is better to have someone who agrees with us 60, 70, or 80% of the time than to have someone like Obama.
Is Mitt the one I wanted? No. I wanted Palin. She didn’t run. Then I wanted Bachmann, then Cain, finally I voted for Santorum. They’re gone. Romney is the nominee and FR is attacking him harder than DU ever has.

From another FR thread tonight, with quote by Jim Robinson: ” - - - We do not support lying liberal/progressive/statists, regardless of party affiliation.”

Introduction:

Now are getting somewhere in our spirited discussion!

We are not here to please everybody!

If we can define who we are not, then we are at liberty to focus on the problems to be solved.

1.) What is the problem? [One problem at a time, please].

2.) Who owns the problem?

3.) What would Jesus do to solve the problem?

Discussion:

If we shout and scream and prance,
The enemy shouts “Charge and Advance!”
But if we listen to what is behind the words,
From all who speak, sincere and true,
Perhaps then the reasoned ones
Will also listen to you?

Proposal:

We can spend endless monologues proving that WE are right, but the problem to be solved will only fester and remain.
So “who” is not what we seek to find, we seek the criteria that will solve the problem.
Drop the “who” and find the “what,”
And demand the Elected “who”
Obeys our “what!”

We are the Rebels in the Rebellion,
We have no friends in the GOP-E.
“Don’t Tread on Me,” we proudly wave,
Now let us define the problems first,
And demand that empty political suits, obey, Obey, OBEY!

We are in Charge,
And here we stand.
Choose to join us,
You political hams!

BTW, this just might, could, unify our energy into a focused effort that the politicians will seek to embrace. (They have proven to be clueless so far on finding a focused effort to solve problems!)

BTW, BTW, it will drive the Liberal Agenda Media, and their consultants nuts!

___________

HERE WE GO!

Please answer the following question:

1.) What is the problem?
