And, if you’ll notice, I didn’t say the first thing about endorsing Romney. What I asked is whether this is a site where conservatives of varying stripes are free here to discuss their differences respectfully. You simply cannot give me a straight yes or no answer.
YES! This is a Conservative site, established to air and vet Conservative ideas and ideals. How many times do we have to repeat that before it sinks into your puddin’ head?
We are not interested in discussing the joys of the collective, and how happy we (well, those who lick the boots to survive) will all be in our communist utopia courtesy of the leftists in chief that the Washington elite establishment cram down our throats.
There is plenty to talk about and argue about within the realm of Conservative thinking and what works best and what fails.
This isn’t going to be easy, and it isn’t going to be finished in my lifetime, but we must take back our country and once again become the shining beacon of light, good, and hope for the world. And we cannot accomplish that by continuing to vote for the lesser of two evils. Voting for any evil at all = stupid idea that got us into this fix in the first place.
