He died of lung cancer... and he once said, “I love smoking dear friends. I really do. I'd smoke in my sleep if someone would hold them for me”! He also said, “Those scientists don't have any concrete evidence that smoking causes cancer... if they did... they wouldn't be scientists... they would be concreteologists”.
