Slander is "falsely degrading a person in writing"
Libel is "falsely degrading a person vocally"

That USED TO BE a certainty and a quick one at that.
Probably if JR has his way, it still is.
However, some mods seem to get away with getting pretty close to that level of intensity of a written assault. Thankfully, I haven’t seen them cross that line yet. But they sure seem to get right up close to it.
And in terms of LIFE ON FR, they certainly do issue “death threats” quite aggressively toward some perspectives and individuals.
However, you are not the type to issue such a threat to anyone, imho... Folks falsely accusing you are . . . grossly unaware, to put it politely.
