Your ignorance is astounding. The zot lightning ping list has nothing to do with the ability or desire to zot. I will not enlighten you further, since you do not seem to be able to reason or think.
Try to grasp this: I am not a mod. I cannot zot, and I do not want to be able to zot. That is all.
