Everyone please send whatever you are able to, whether it is $10, $100 or $1,000+. The DUmmies, Morons, Kos Kiddies and that crew are laughing up their sleeves. Jim may have to make this site members only or allow ads. Better for us to just help with what we can. Maybe you can donate as a memorial for a lost loved one, a servicemember who never made it home or was disabled defending our country. Perhaps you'd like to give to keep free discussion alive and to show them that we're not knuckling under. I'm sure a well thought out or prayerful meditation will lead you to see the need and how you can help. If every registered FReeper and our lurkers would each just help out with a fin or a sawbuck, or better yet a Ben Franklin, we could put this to bed and get on with the conservative cause.
You sure didn’t want to argue about what Newt has done. Or the fact that he hasn’t had an honest conservative bone in his body for 18 years. Even then in 1994, it was a GOP victory, not a conservative victory. You just listen to words you like and then create a false picture forgiving the sins of those you choose.
Apparently the voters just didn’t agree. That picture of Newt plopped on a couch with the dragon queen ruined his credibility. After Bachmann got slammed, Cain bugged out, Santorum got savaged, who the heck did you think we were going to get?
So here we are, may not be what we wanted, I am not happy it is Romney, but we want Obama even less.
By the way, the religious aspect doesn’t interest me, unless that person is a muslim. I am sick to death of a few screeching loons running around spitting hellfire and hate at good people who are just terrified of 4 more Obama years.

No, I don’t know that DJ. I voted for Newt and I don’t regret that vote and would do it again. If Sarah had run,she would have had my vote. Cain or Perry would have been acceptable, don’t really like Santorum for many reasons but if it was he was the nominee, of course he would have my vote. ABO
I personally know many Republicans, including some family members, that voted for mittens. They weren’t manipulated(except by me when I attempted to get them to vote for Newt). :P

What is difficult for some if not most of us is, are we allowed to hope that Romney beats Obama? Are we supposed to be happy when Obama wins or scores a debate point? If we see Romney is ahead in the polling in Florida, can we post the thread and be positive about it?
Well, those Texans with money may not appreciate the Paul picture or the relentless mocking Perry went through.

You know exactly how manipulation works. We saw it 2008. It’s working 2012. Nobody learned anything.
I would say that is pointless, and no one in the Republican party will take it as a sign of your disgust. But there are quite a few advocating for leaving President blank and voting down ticket.
