Just when you think sports are about fun and happiness and escaping the real world, along comes the Internet to remind you that no, you

No-class trash come in all colors of the human spectrum. These mooks should be made to get down on all fours and lick the bleacher aisles clean with their own tongues.
BTW, I live in the hometown of Willie O’Ree, the first black player in the NHL. Black Canadians have a long past here, most notably the black Loyalists who came here after the Revolutionary War.
I wonder if any of these claims by the Washing Compost are true. We all know they lie frequently. They’d love nothing more than to start a true race war leading up to the November erection.
The “tolerant New England liberals” show their true colors.
It was all over twitter... Lots of teenage idiot children who have since taken down their accounts and if their parents love them... gotten a good beating.
The liberal media is running wild with this story. Trying to paint all Bruins fans as racist - based on about 20 or so tweets from some ignorant high school/college kids.
Interestingly all the accounts are now deleted. Which is weird.
There are A holes everywhere and unfortunately they seem to get all the press. I think most hockey fans are supportive.
Ironically, Racism is much worse in the North than in the South. I would say hockey brings out some of the worse fans, but that really wasn’t the case in the Thrasher games I went to in Atlanta. I had no problems taking my rather brown son to games. We had a blast.
When I lived in Illinois 20 years ago, my Puerto Rican wife and I faced much more racism than down here. I can’t tell you how many times the manager at the apartment would say something about how open Atlanta must be. I don’t see that as a hateful comment, but as a hopeful one on her part. We were warned several times about a really active KKK group in the little town to the north of us. Very weird and Ironic that the North thinks they are so inclusive and “Democratic”.
Any way, I am really sorry and disappointed to hear about this hockey incident. It is uncalled for and very bad behavior, sportsmanship and representation of humanity.
I see you have been to Southie.
Bigotry... much more bigotry. [the kid is getting too smart and well educated for my own good]
I saw some of them. While there are people that hate people because of their race....there appears to be a large group of people that enjoy "trolling" websites with the intent to inflame readers. Their intention is to make the readers mad, get them in a flame war, or to shock people. Most of them hide under the cloud of anonymity and would never says these things to people's face or even write them if their real name and address were know. It's a reason that a number of sites are now making people post using their facebook.
Oh yeah. We got new champs this year with Boston knocked out.
You mean like people posting that they are hoping Obama wins a 2nd Term.
Ward gets the last laugh. His team won with his OT winner.

I think tagging this as ‘racist’ is just a convenient way to continue to stir the pot.
When the defending champs get beaten in the 7th game, when it comes to Boston for hockey or Philadelphia for most anything, Santa Claus, Easter Bunny or whomsoever scored the winning goal would get booed and the ‘garbage’ thrown.
The fans came prepared.
Like Detroit riots when they win, riots when they lose so one may venture to say they come to riot, win or lose.
The South rejects blacks as a group, and accepted as individuals.
In the North blacks are rejected as individuals, and accepted as a group.
Which is kinder?
I can't fault you for ignorance, but can you spare us the gratuitous ignorance?

Y'know, I remember hearing that observation as a child...and it kinda stuck with me. There is a certain profound insight to it, I guess.
Then, as an adult, I moved back to the South -- rural central Alabama. And I was struck by how accurate and truly incisive it was.
Further, I'd observe that there is much more social interaction between individual whites and blacks in the South -- and far less racial friction than in the North.
that said, you’re right... this is just another subliminal order given in the race war that will be necessary to get obama’s loyalists to actually bother voting november. it’s amazing how obvious these little themes are to the apolitical when you point them out - yet, left alone, they not only fail to notice, but fall for it!
