Color me skeptical.
Are they suspending the rule, or only refusing to enforce it on “family” farms?
The reason I am skeptical is because a good many “family” farms are indeed incorporated, even though they are really and truly family farms.
I bet the fedgov enforces this crap on the incorporated family farms.
Families have been running farms in this country for over 200 years. There is no reason (that is not nefarious) for the Feds to pass any such laws this late in the game.
"To be clear" seems to be the BHO administration's favorite phrase. I am skeptical of everything they do. They withdrew it because of public opinion, or it was all orchestrated from the beginning to make it look like they are willing to be kind of enough to "give" us some of our rights and freedoms back--as if they ever had the power to take them away to begin with?
Agricultural endeavor is as ancient here as anywhere.
This Solis gal is a known Commie. Apparently she's among the stupid commies because even the Chicoms have given up on the commune model.
If a farm incorporated then that’s a business and not a sole proprietorship. Perhaps they should disincorporate. Choosing one’s mode of business for all the different things done in life is critical in so many ways.
That’s right, and it’s a nefarious reason IMO they are trying to put the small family farms under, and that’s to create government run farms to make the populace beholden ever more to their Socialist Government for everyday needs.
Communism.
