Any family farm is a business.

Many family businesses are incorporate.

Please tell me why they should have to “disincorporate” to continue running the farm?

Here is a better idea: the government can go screw itself.

And so can those who think we need more regulations and not less.

Because if you aren’t a corporation, you won’t have to act under the rules required for corporations. One can’t expect to have their cake and eat it too - there are other forms of business structure.
